BatDom
An Android app for customers and drivers: delivery tracking, e-documents, order history, contact with the driver, routes and navigation. Delivered as part of the POIR EU-funded programme.
Challenge
BD.FURNITURE, a furniture manufacturer, needed to give its customers insight into order and delivery status without calling the office, and give drivers on the road a simple tool for confirming deliveries and taking payments. Shop staff were to get visibility of vehicle routes and the current delivery status.
Solution
An Android mobile app with a customer account: order history, delivery tracking, e-documents, contact with the driver and cashless payments. A separate tablet app for drivers lets them confirm deliveries, hand over documents and take payments right at the customer's door. The project was co-financed from EU funds under the POIR programme.

Analysis, design and delivery — a complete ecosystem of Android apps working online with the back-office module and database, optimised data exchange and location-based route planning.
